Crew Scheduler

What is Crew Scheduler?

The Crew Scheduler is an Open Source web application written in the Ruby On Rails framework. It was designed to solve a problem common to many rowing organizations and clubs. It allows rowers to sign up for specific boats during specific time slots so that each rower, coach, and coxswain knows when each boat is being used and when certain crews are on the water.

The scheduler was originally written for one of our developer's rowing club located on the Cousins River in Yarmouth, Maine. The Yarmouth Rowing Club has used the scheduler for over 4 years now. Their scheduler is located at scheduler.yarmouth-rowing.org.

The source code is posted at github.

If you use the application and you like it please feel free to donate to keep our Open Source developers happy and to help us keep adding new features.
